
Bits, bobs
While procrastinating (deliberating!) on a big illustration job, I’ve been looking through some old snaps. The one above is of a fly dissuading scheme I made one frustrated Saturday, using strips of plastic bag, clothespegs and an upward-facing fan on a chair.
This shot would have been a classic, if only the pigeon that had been in silhouette one second before, had returned.

oooh, i see now, i thought the fly “deterer” was on a door knob! I was thinking, ‘wow, small pegs…hollow door knob? ooooh it’s a light..’

I’m with lula, I thought it was a door knob too and was so perplexed about what I seeing! But leave it to you to be ingenious!
