Hot day shopping
It’s been a very hot day. Part of the mountain even burst into flame, and my specs are slipping down my sweaty nose as I type this. Hot. So what did I do on this scorcher? Well, I bought a wool and cashmere skirt suit, of course.
It is vintage Escada, and I only wore it in the changing booth (it’s from those Afraid of Mice girls’ amazing vintage finds, in the DesignGoods tent), so I’m not completely nuts, but I certainly am in love. I’ve rather a fancy dinner coming up on Thursday evening, and guess what I’ll be wearing? Oh, and the weather’s predicted to be cloudy and cool.
