Local Shipping
Delivery within South Africa will take up to five working days, excluding Public Holidays.
- Free shipping: all orders within South over R1500 in value
- Courier delivery within South Africa: R150 flat rate
- Courier delivery within Cape Town: R100 flat rate
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped from South Africa with FedEx. Delivery takes up to 10 working days.
We do not ship cushion inners internationally, as their freight costs are calculated on volume, not weight.

For international orders, we offer flat rates for 3 weight tiers:
- Orders under 3kg’s (6.6 Lbs): USA $18 / UK £13 /Euro €14
- Orders between 3-5kg’s (6.6 – 11 Lbs): USA $48 / UK £34 Euro €38
- Orders over 5kg’s (over 11 Lbs): USA $72 / UK £50 / Euro €57
Note for USA Customers
We’ve adjusted our prices to accommodate the changes to US import tariffs that came into effect in August 2025.
Skinny laMinx will now pay the Customs Tariffs and Duties on your behalf.
Unless there are further changes, you will not be required to pay any additional amounts to the courier service when your order is delivered.
Note for UK & EU Customers
The Governments of the EU and the UK charge VAT on imported packages. You may be required to make a payment to the courier service when your order is delivered.
NB: Skinny laMinx is not responsible for VAT charges, or any other import fees on your order.
Customers from EU and UK must agree to these terms when placing an order with Skinny laMinx.
Returns
If you change your mind about the items you have bought, and they are still in the condition in which we sold them to you, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of your purchase date.
Returns or exchanges must be done via the channel through which items were bought.
Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an invoice.
In-store Purchases
For claiming a refund or exchange on items bought in our V&A Waterfront store, or in our studio store on Buiten Street shop in Cape Town, please present the invoice at the store where the purchase was made.
Online purchases
We are only able process a refund once we have received the returned goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. Before returning an online purchase, please email shop[at]skinnylaminx.com to let us know your plan.
Sale items
Sadly we don’t issue refunds or exchanges for items bought on sale, so please ensure you are happy with your sale item before you buy
