Local Shipping
Free shipping: all orders within South over R1500 in value
Courier delivery within South Africa: R150 flat rate
Courier delivery within Cape Town: R100 flat rate
Delivery within South Africa will take up to five working days, excluding Public Holidays.
International Shipping
All orders are shipped from South Africa through our international shipping partners, FedEx and UPS. Delivery takes up to 10 working days.
For international orders, we offer flat rates for 3 weight tiers:
- Orders under 3kg’s (6.6 Lbs): USA $16 / UK £13 /Euro €12
- Orders between 3-5kg’s (6.6 – 11 Lbs): USA $42 / UK £34 Euro €32
- Orders over 5kg’s (over 11 Lbs): USA $63 / UK £50 / Euro €48
NB: If cushion inners are included in your order, their freight costs are calculated on volume, not weight. This may affect the price of shipping on your order.
NOTE: Many countries add extra import taxes and VAT to incoming packages from foreign companies. It is up to you, the customer, to know about and to pay for the shipping taxes in your own country. Skinny laMinx is not responsible for any additional costs accrued from custom taxation or abandoned packages. International vendors must agree to these terms when placing orders.

Returns
If you change your mind about the items you have bought, and they are still in the condition in which we sold them to you, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of your purchase date.
Returns or exchanges must be done via the channel through which items were bought.
Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an invoice.
In-store Purchases
For claiming a refund or exchange on items bought in our V&A Waterfront store, or in our studio store on Buiten Street shop in Cape Town, please present the invoice at the store where the purchase was made.
Online purchases
We are only able process a refund once we have received the returned goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. Before returning an online purchase, please email shop[at]skinnylaminx.com to let us know your plan.
Sale items
Sadly we don’t issue refunds or exchanges for items bought on sale, so please ensure you are happy with your sale item before you buy
