Stephanie Levy is doing a lovely Artist Advent Calendar series of posts at her blog, Studio with a View, where every day an artist opens a little window onto their way of celebrating Christmas. I did a very little post for her on Sunday, and there are lots more to see. Thanks for the great idea, Stephanie!

And the other great idea comes from my studiomate Medina Morphet. She was making Christmas cards with her little students, and some of my scraps had made their way into her box of tricks. Some of her clever little artists cut out a Herds motif, added some stars for horns, and voila! A reindeer! Or, perhaps, a moose?
