Afro optimism

It’s election day today, and a public holiday too, so I recommend picking up a copy of the new Elle Decoration magazine to get a dose of Afro-optimism, courtesy of the editor’s letter and Peet Pienaar’s AfroSuperFuture manifesto.

I got my dose while reading a copy on Making Friday last week, and look what it made me do: I made this little jumpsuit lady who reminds us to aim for our AfroSuperFuture by means of creating inspiring African design… and wearing fabulous outfits too!
