Orla cushions
So delighted with my new Canon G11. It takes the most brilliant pics, and my new portable white floor (a painted board) helps a lot too. Upgrades and organisation rulez!
Thanks to equipment aforementioned, I snapped my Orla cushion product shots (now in store) with minimal fuss. Painting in background courtesy of my talented studiomate, Odette Marais.

Would love to show more of the painting, but Odette’s been working on it since last week, and it’s completely changed! Maybe I should do a little story on my studiomates some time soon. xx

I recently became the proud owner of a G11 (yay for being burgled and getting lovely new toys through insurance!) mainly because it has a focus point of something ridiculous like 1cm: perfect for photographing miniatures.
I love the fact it’s small and light, as opposed to most digital SLRs I have tried.
