Perks of the work
Aww, look at what long-term Skinny laMinx friend @strikkstrikk posted on Instagram of a tea towel design that’s so old, I can’t even remember its name (help?), but it’s great to see that it’s still going strong, and looking good.
Not long after, on my own post about the last few metres of Eep! (now completely sold out), people left such lovely comments:
I know the feeling being expressed in all these comments and posts, cos I also have household items I’ve had for years that never fail to give me joy when I see them and use them, but when I started doing this work 10 years ago, I would never have guessed that people would feel the same way about things I’ve designed.

Hearing these happy stories out of the blue is a completely unexpected perk of the work, but it has become one of the most important reasons that we keep doing what we do: We just love the idea that the things we make are giving you moments of pleasure in your day. So, a big, big Thank You for letting us know.
