Spoon strips
Unsurprisingly, there are piles and piles ofย misprints and seconds here at my studio, and I keep promising to get them into my Etsy shop (I will! Soon!). Every now and again I come up with a slightly useless but kind of pleasing solution for some of them, like this wall hanging I made using strips of my Borrowed Spoons design in stainless steel.
Like it? You can buy it here and hang it on your wall. I’ll send it to you in a cardboard tube.

Heather, this is lovely! It wouldn’t be so useless if you used some other strips and lay it on top of this constructed piece and turn it into little pockets. Kind of like a magazine rack, except on a smaller scale. Maybe someone can use it to organize their mail? Or store their spoons? Then it’ll be pretty and practical! ๐ OR, for the tea towel collector, maybe they can store their unused tea towels in the pockets. Anyway, just a thought that popped into my head as soon as I saw this photo. Lovely either way.

You’re right, they do look like storage pockets. I have more of these strips, and maybe I’ll make a pocket device (for storing spoons!) xx

I was just about to suggest storage pockets when I read the above comments! It would be a wonderful storage solution for kitchen utensils!

This is gorgeous! I love the muted colours – a similar creation would make a great cushion cover.
