    Taurus

    The last of my illustrations in the May issue of FairLady magazine – the Taurus horoscope.
    I hope the “bull in a china shop” reference comes through ok?I’m not convinced that this is particularly successful illustration. I think there’s too much going on, and the woman should have been a bit more substantial to hold her own amongst all the elements. I loved coming up with all the different shapes for the “china” though.

      I love this one. I think all the stuff that’s going on adds to the feeling of being clumsy/scattered, does a great job of expressing the emotion.

      I like it too…and I totally agree with Maile! The illustration has got a very ‘real’ touch!
