    De Waal Park, Oranjezicht

    19 Oct 2006

Paul and I do very different kind of work, but I’m very pleased when we manage to collaborate on things.

Here’s the first of our collaborative limited edition T-shirt designs – an old-school take on some of our favourite places in Cape Town. De Waal Park is just up the road from us. It’s a lovely green park with an old Victorian fountain in the centre. At about 6pm, the park becomes a happy doggy place, where dog walkers learn dogs’ names before they learn their owners’.

We made 25 of these, and there’s only one left. Paul’s had sleeves to start out with, but the summer heat combined with bike commuting soon saw them consigned to the rag box.

The next T-shirt in the series is soon to be unveiled…
