Add to To Do list
Sometimes I suspect I could have completely skipped school and University and all that stuff and gone straight from Nursery School into this job. Today, for instance, the To Do List had me all lined up to take some product shots, but it was soon raising its eyebrow disapprovingly when it saw me unpacking my prop box and arranging everything in neat and tidy rows instead.
So there I was, thinking I was doing such a nice job, I could even get a gold star in the middle of my forehead, but then I saw the To Do List’s eyebrows had descended into a frown, so everything went back into the props box, and it was back to work for me.

Yes but the wooden spoons do look lovely all lined up like that – and I bet they’re jealous of always being the sideshow to your fabrics. Today they’re like “Aha loo at us in our spoon shaped glory, today we will not be upstaged by tea towels!” 🙂

Ah…yes…classic To Do lists symptoms…disapproving of fun they are!
Make a to list with some fun things on it – that way the list won’t be so grumpy! 🙂

Good idea. Actually, starting next week, reading all of my favourite blogs every day will be prominently on my list, immediately upping the fun quotient! Have a great weekend, xx

Oh Thank YOU! I was so worried that I was losing my mind.
Just knowing that I am not alone in wanting to do the fun stuff, makes me feel calm and (almost) grown up.
Bless those objects that yearn to be lined up!

I won’t tell my poor parents who spent all the money on school and university 🙂 Have a lovely weekend, xx
