Making Friday: Flip!
I thought I’d spend some of my Making Friday learning how to make an animated gif of pics I took of this Cut Out & Keep fat quarter bundle that just arrived in the mail from Cloud9 Fabrics. Thanks to a video tutorial found on YouTube via Google, it took me all of 10 minutes to work it out, so there was lots of Making Friday left to go shopping and to finish off my curtains.
Happy Weekend, everyone!

Since you posted a poll to see if people were following and I have never commented, yet I check your blog everyday I figured I’d start commenting. Awesome animated gif. All those lovely graphic patterns inspire me. Great work – you’re a superwoman!

So glad you’re excited too! It’s arriving at Cloud9 in early april, and they’re taking pre-orders already. xx

What a lovely idea for an animation! It reminds me of those old school flip books I used to make of stick figures falling down holes, except of course I get to see your lovely fabrics.

I just want to say that I love my Orla in Olive bag which arrived in the post recently! Will definitely be keeping an eye on your website for future purchases!

Your little animation looks great! I wanted to leave a comment because I was super excited to see you tea towels *for real* this afternoon, yay! It was at the Heath ceramic shop in the San Francisco Ferry Building, I spotted them immediately. And they’re gorgeous.
As soon as we’re settled here (we moved from France to SF a few weeks ago and all our stuff are still in a container, on a boat, somewhere on the sea), I’ll buy one just for the pleasure to put it on my wall as a decoration. 🙂
(And by the way, about your last post, I used to take pictures of myself for my etsy shop, running to take the pause, and finally found that a remote was definitely worth the investment!).

Ooh, lucky you! Moving to SF sounds like a wonderful idea. Good luck with the moving in and settling down, and thanks so much for your sweet comment.
