Studio revamp
My studio upstairs from the shop has, for a long time been a constant battle of beating back the encroaching rolls of fabric, trying to find a place to work. We expanded upstairs last year after seriously running out of space downstairs, and the boxing studio moving out, but we didn’t really make it a proper space for quite a long time.
All that has changed since the builders came last week, putting in dry walls and acres of shelving, and I moved in on Monday. All week I’ve been revelling in the most grown-up studio EVER, with a separate desk for every task (computer, drawing, sewing, cutting) and a dedicated photo area. Bliss!
And it’s nice outside the studio too! Happy weekend everyone!

Oh my gosh, a separate table for everything sounds so good.

Ooh, this looks fabulous!!! And I’ll bet inspiring as well…having a well organized space to work always makes me want to be in there, and the easier I can find stuff, the more I can get done!
