We’ve gone Up, Up & Online!
Skinny has turned a corner. Quite literally in fact! The Skinny laMinx shop has closed, with the new studio entrance just around the corner at 16a Buiten Street.
We’ve decided to make a strong shift, moving our focus to online only, so February 2022 was our last month as a brick-and-mortar store on Bree St, and now we’re thoroughly Up, Up & Online,!

There’s lots more exciting change on the cards (and the studio moodboard) so expect exciting collaborations, new products, new employees… and a new way of running our business too.
WHERE ARE WE GOING?
We’re moving our whole operation upstairs. From 1 March, the top floor of our building will be our design, production & fulfilment studio.
Find our new entrance just around the corner at 16A Buiten Street.
WHO WILL MOVE IN?
We’re thrilled that our old friends at WAZA Japan are bringing their impeccibly-sourced Japanese goods to Bree Street. You’ll love this little gem of a store.
WHERE IS ONLINE PICK-UP?
You have two choices:
- Pick up inside the WAZA Japan store at 201 Bree Street. We’re thrilled that our new neighbours have agreed to have a little Skinny laMinx collections zone at the back of their store.
- Collect just around the corner at 16A Buiten Street. You can’t miss the sunny yellow awning and cute window boxes!
NO MORE RETAIL? EVER?
Another shop? Who knows what the next 10 years will bring. Right now though, we’re focussing on cracking the online retail challenge.
