The Crafter’s Guide to Taking Great Photos
I recently got The Crafters Guide to Taking Great Photos by Heidi Adnum in the post, and yes indeed, that is one of my very own photos on the cover (which is why it is circled and arrowed thus).
It’s a fab book, and if you are a bit of a hack in the photography department, like I am, it is well worth getting a copy. It has beautiful images to inspire, and clear, simple-to-grasp explanations to help you improve. In fact, despite being in one of the ‘practitioner spotlight’ interviews about my own pics (along with amazing people like Jenny Gordy of Wiksten, and Lisa Jones of Pigeon Toe), I am reading this book cover-to-cover and learning a heck of a lot.
