Chairs, folks! See you next year
We’re off for a short break, so I think I might make this my final post for the year. I’ve just about had it, staggering around, exhausted, dead on my feet, which is probably why I’ve been gazing longingly at chairs lately. I found this exquisite specimen at the frequently awesome Vamp in Salt River last week, and it now lives happily in my shop.
And while I’ve been manning my shop (opens again on 10 January next year), I’ve had my sketchbook out to draw all the chairs I can see, with some success:
And this one nearly did me in, with all the curly whirly bits:

Do I see a dog bowl on the shelf – apparently holding flyers? So you found a use for them in your shop?

I use them all the time! They’re great for holding pins, as it’s hard to knock the bowl over, and I use one at teh shop for button badges. Everyone should have a dog bowl collection. xx
