Home Made Calendar 2006

At the end of last year I bought the 2006 Big Issue calendar, but it was a sympathy buy, as it was very ugly (sorry guys). I was about to put it in the recycle bin, until I realised the back of each page was nice smooth white paper. Hmm… potential. So I sat down and did 12 illustrations, giving each month a different style and flavour. Here are a few of my efforts.

It’s been great having this calendar all year (except my numbering went wrong in October), so now I’m on the lookout for the vendors selling the 2007 Big Issue calendar!
