I’m no knitter, me, but I know some of you are, so this is for you.

Paul and I had dinner at a friend’s last night, where we met the lovely Asta from Iceland, who told me about her very clever sister-in-law, who has an online shop, selling glorious knitting patterns like these.

Helene Magnusson (help! how do I do accents on Blogger?) celebrates traditional Icelandic colour knitting, selling her patterns online, and has even written an award-winning book on the subject!
