50s love
50s loveLots of 50’s-inspired stuff on my mind lately. Jesse and I have been working with ceramics transfers, both making things very reminiscent of that era (it’s for Rooms on View, but we can’t show anything yet…). And then over the weekend, I bought Taschen’s Decorative Art 50s book, which is an absolute treasure trove of inspiration for textiles, furniture, ceramics, lighting. Wow, it’s totally to swoon for.

I’m with you on the 50’s love.. I think I spent half of last year working on a set of flash cards of mid-century (and some just modern) icons. It was such a fun project..
I just lOVE LOVE LOVE your blog. It’s always such a pleasure to peek in and see what you are doing. As another illustrator I’m always so thrilled to see the work you do!
