Mountain Garden papercuts
Mountain Garden papercuts
Yesterday I collected my framing for the Nest show, opening next week (click here for details). Those framers aint cheap, but I’m very, very happy with the way they turned out!
You may recognise the ones above as papercut versions of my Mountain Garden drawings, which I’ve been applying as transfers to ceramics.
These others are the original papercuts that I used to make my Protea wall decals (now also available in my Etsy shop).
I’ll also be showing a silkscreen at Nest, but that’s still in process. Picking up more mugs and bowls from the kilns this afternoon.
Exhibitions may put some strain on a schedule, but boy, they’re great for getting things done!

Oh wow those framed paper cuts look great! What a fantastic idea. I’ve always wondered what might be the best way for you to display those delicate cuts that does them justice. This works perfectly 🙂
I just wish I could come to the exhibition :'(
