Queen Annes Lace
Queen Anne’s Lace
Look at what arrived in my postbox yesterday, from the amazing Cicada Studios Etsy shop. So, so beautiful!
And once again, I learned a lesson about the importance of beautiful packaging. The product is exquisite, but the care with which it is put together makes it even more special. I love it that the washing instructions are even included.
I’m so impressed with everything about this fabric. Now just to decide what special thing I can make with this treasure…
PS: I’ve just discovered that Michelle Engel Bencsko of Cicada Studios has quit her dayjob to focus on her fabric designs, so we can expect more and more from this talented lady. Keep up with her (at a trot) by reading her blog.

Being a sucker for fabrics and packaging I’m get a little light headed looking at this post – Wow. Your little stickers are gorgeous in their own right too!
