It’s coming
Spring is starting to show at last. Yesterday evening we went walking on the promenade at Sea Point, where the puppies and lovers and families capering in the hazy sunset light had me practically in tears: feeling good about being a human being for a change! This really is a beautiful time of year, and our little kitchen balcony garden is celebrating too.

Oh I miss these little orange orchids. (Can’t remember exactly what they’re called!)
I brought some with me when I moved last year but they all just got fried!

People walking dogs on the promenade be warned – I had to dive into the sea last year as the jack russell I was looking after fell in and was drowning!
I think he went after a naughty gull.
