Skinny on the Dailies
15 Oct 2008
Skinny on the Dailies Feel like hanging out in Cape Town in a virtual kind of way? Then go check out The Dailies, over at Design for Mankind, where I’ve documented one of my days.
Thanks for all the comments, and I’m glad you enjoyed the tour!
Clair, I buy plain hopsack from SBH Mill, which has a factory shop in Woodstock, just near Zhauns. I get it cut into tea towel shaped blocks before it’s printed up with my designs.
I had a read of it last week, I really enjoyed it… I'm sure I'm not the only one… I love reading 'a day in the life of' type blogs – especially when it's about people I know, and when it's such creative & busy people like you!!

It was great to read about your day, sounds busy! but very interesting and varied, really great to read about where you get your fabric from.

I really love reading your blog, being a fellow Capetonian. I was wondering though, which mill do you go to for your fabric?
