I’ve had a somewhat lethargic week (even had a nap or two!) after setting up the Kamersvol Geskenke show on Monday. All the preparations really took it out of me. Labelling EVERYTHING – and having to make the labels first – was much more time-consuming than I could ever have thought!

Jesse was out at the Kamers show yesterday, and has put together the most gorgeous set of shots of the route there – it’s near Franschoek, in the wine growing heartland of the Cape – and also of some of the spectacular things on offer. If you live nearby and have some free time, do visit Kamers. The venue, Simondium Country Lodge, is gloriously olde-worlde, the shade is lush, the views breathtaking, and then there’s all the shopping you could wish for!
