Aprons for Heath
Aprons for Heath
Although I don’t look very thrilled in this photo (self-timer shots are stressful!) I really am so thrilled to tell you that yesterday I sent off a shipment of aprons that I made for Heath Ceramics. On 1 December, they’ll be opening a new store in LA, and the staff will be wearing aprons designed and made by moi!
Heath stocks my goods in their factory shop in Sausalito, and they’ll be in the LA shop too, and they’ve been so sweet to ask me to do other little bits of design work for them, like a card design, and also a shopping bag. I’m a huge fan of of their work, and really feel very fortunate to have done design work for this amazing company.
I kept one apron back for me to wear as I sip from my Stack Mug, dreaming of the day I get to pick kitchen tiles from Heath Ceramics.

A feather in your cap Heather. I a firm believer that you draw positive energy towards you by well, just going for it – what a fantastic opportunity and great looking work.

what fun for you! I have those same mugs, which I love. And I bought three sample kitchen tiles just so I can take them out and dream about redoing my kitchen with them…. 🙂

Swell, Heather. I want to go to the store:) It’s like one you would imagine in a romantic comedy movie. All the gals in the same aprons, selling pottery…ah. Anyway, posted about you today (although you don’t know why) and it’s only a slight comment, nothing crazy:) Joyce

The aprons are beautiful and I sympathize with the self-timer stress – at least you’re in the frame, I usually cut off my head or miss the object all together!
I really like the bags for Heath as well. Nice and simple!
