For heaven’s sake – more spoons?
For heaven’s sake – more spoons?
Remember last year, when I put a photo of my spoons on this blog and then everyone started photographing theirs too? Well, if you liked that, here are more spoons for you to drool over: Emma posted this pic on her Designblogg, telling us about an exhibition of spoons in Japan, by German artist Jurgen Lehl (read more about it at Jurgen’s blog and homepage).
And while on the subject of spoons, I thought I’d show you the new home of our tea spoons and icecream spoons. It’s a lid-less vintage Arabia sugar pot, found (as is everything at home) at Milnerton Market for a song.

Hmmm ice cream spoons ? I didn’t have you pegged as ice cream eaters, not in a regular sense at least.

What, for heaven’s sake, bob, is an icecream eater in an irregular sense? (But you’re right – they’re called ice cream spoons cos they’re ice cream colours)
orange you lucky!
Thanks for this spoon full of fun:)… and…
who are these mysterious ice cream eaters. Am I missing out on a stereotype? 🙂

I have the little container to the left of the spoons. Or something very very similar…

Oh, that sugar pot… I would so sneak out of the house with it if I ever visited you (but don’t worry… I’m safely far away on the other side of the globe ;)!)

I would say ‘irregular’ is less than once a week, seldom at home, none in the deep freeze and doesn’t crave it. However It would be fun if your next birthday cake was an ice-cream one… cup or a cone anyone?
