Clouds, head in the.
Clouds, head in the.
I must have had my head in the clouds when I heard I was going to be the featured seller on Etsy. I didn’t for an instant think I should consider clearing my diary, tackling potentially clashing deadlines, and employing a team of elves to help me cope with the deluge of mails and sales that is pouring in. It’s fabulous, of course, but quite overwhelming!
So, while I show you pics of the magnificent sunset clouds from Monday evening, I also want to say thanks for all the congrats – won’t have time to thank you individually – and thanks for all the birthday wishes, and also to apologise if I’ m a bit slow in returning your email.
Now, off to hunt down some elves…

Ooooooh I saw your interview on etsy and was so happy for you! Congratulations! If I could teleport myself from Melbourne to Capetown I would offer to be an elf for a few days 🙂

I enjoyed reading the article and am very thankful for the lovely mentioning of Bloesem!! Irene xxx

Blessed curse!… Congratulations.
Just out of curiosity, by how much did this increase your sales? I mean, I see feedback for 719 sales, but your total is now running at 1540. Did the difference all happen in these last days?

Great to have a pre-holiday rush and that more people now know about your lovely shop.
Saw the same clouds by the way, while walking on the mountain — they were just fabulous. So glad they were documented.

Thanks for all the comments, and glad some of you saw the clouds too.
Maria, I’m not entirely sure how my sales increased – it’s been such a rush, but I sold about 110 things in 4 days. Wow, no wonder it’s been so crazy here!

I found your work and your blog through that interview, and I find you wonderfully inspiring. I’m not remotely elf-like (and I live in Portland, OR), but if I could be I would be!
