Our craft meeting at the Book Lounge on Saturday showed plenty of evidence that these gals take their craft seriously!
Lauren, for instance (above), wears her love of knitting on her sleeve – quite literally, in a woolly tattoo!
We were lucky to have an international contingent in the form of Tanya, the knitting lawyer of Strikk Handknits, who made a star appearance en route to catching her plane back home to London with a suitcase full of wool.

And Michelle (below), had the important epiphany that gym is ruining her life, so she’s vowed to give it up in order to spend more time making things, like this gorgeous embroidered brooch she was working on. Go, Michelle!
