Some people aren’t very happy to have been born on April Fool’s day, but here’s some good news for them:
If it is your birthday today, or if you know someone who has a birthday on April Fools Day, leave me a comment with an email address, as I’m giving away four of these foil pressed “late birthday” cards that I did for UK greetings card company, Woodmansterne, as part of their Giddy range.
I also did a Christening card, and a couple of others that have not yet been published. What nice work to get! I’m really thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with Woodmansterne, and I’m really thrilled with the results (love the gold bits they added!)
PS: My trusty assistant Dom has gone to Turkey and I’m buckling under the workload, so posting is likely to be scant for a week or so. Wish I could go to Turkey too…

You should really get into doing things like this more. The “sorry it’s late” is totally my sister – she’s always late at sending stuff due to new baby in tow. Amber who I work with has a b-day today. How funny. Although, I’m not there…I’m lying in bed recuperating. Outstanding work, Heather.

My mother’s birthday is today, April Fool’s day! She hates it, because for years she was the target of all my dad’s pranks…my sister and I have now taken over my mom’s birthday festivities to make up for all the jokes she had to suffer through, and we just show my dad where to sign the card.
