We Love Liam

Lynn Russell – she of the amazing Satsuma Press, with whom I had such a fruitful collaboration last year – is doing something really special today, to coincide with her son Liam’s 6th birthday!

Liam has a muscular disease that makes his day-to-day living quite challenging. One of the things that’s difficult is bathing, and Lynn and her husband really need to improve their bathroom to make this much easier for him.

To raise funds, Lynn is running the We Love Liam giveaway – and boy oh boy, it’s quite some giveaway, with 50  prizes up for grabs, all donated from a fearsome list of designers all over the world. Check it out:

Just to add: working with Lynn last year (over all those miles and time zones), I soon realised that she’s an amazing woman with extraordinary reserves of energy, application, and a committment to excellence that I’ve found quite inspiring. She’s generous and kind, and I really hope to meet her one day. How she manages to do everything she does (and she does EVERYTHING ), while also managing Liam’s challenges, is astonishing, and she deserves all the help she can get.
