Winning ways with scraps…
There are so many things you can do with bits and pieces of fabric, even the really tiny bits that don’t look very useful at all. One thing you can do is to piece them all together, and it doesn’t take long before you have quite a big piece of patchy fabric. That’s why I love patching, but somehow I never seem to finish most of my patchy projects. That wasn’t the case, however, with this coverlet I made last year.
It’s been hiding in my cupboard until now, and I think it’s time for it to shine. So one lucky person will win my patched coverlet, but only by attending my Studio Sale this weekend. Everyone who spends over R500 can add their name to the draw, which will take place after the doors close at 3pm on Saturday. See you there!
