Weddings!
Last week I headed down to the Adderley Street flower market and walked back to the shop in Bree St with armsful of tuber roses, tulips, cabbage flowers, goldenrod, and other beautiful blooms, as I was planning to do some rather elaborate wedding table set ups. Although I’ve been styling my own product shots for years, this was on quite a different level, and thank goodness I could call on my very clever shop manager Jess to help me put it all together. We’re so thrilled with the way it turned out:
Here, we used my Abacus table runner and napkins, in Pebble Grey, to make up a simple and sweet table setting, referencing natural elements and neutral tones. On the plate is my new pop-up lasercut card (to be listed online soon), which is all about Table Mountain.
The Abacus table runner and napkins are available online here.
This second setting uses my Pincushion table runner and napkins, in Charcoal, which teamed up beautifully with the waxy white Tuber Roses and Tulips. The Pincushion design is also available in Old Gold, and in Olive. Pincushion table runners and napkins are available online here.
Take a look at my online catalogue and see what else you think might work for your wedding. I had loads more ideas, but ran out of flowers 🙂

beautiful photography. Love the set up and all of the detail.

What a great table spread! Love the flowers and textures. I’m getting married in August and I wish it was small and intimate enough to have a sit down dinner with the detail you have on the table!
