I’m elsewhere
I’ve really been battling with my back lately. It seems that every time I put myself in front of the computer, whether seated or standing, my back clenches in a most uncomfortable way. So I’ve decided to take the hint and I’ll be stepping away from the machine for a bit.
Actually, I’m quite grateful for the messages from my back, as I’m really looking forward to spending a lot of the new month away from the ‘office’, playing with block printing and ceramics at the Think Tank (a little studio next door to Paul’s in Salt River). And of course, I’m really grateful for my fab team, who keep everything going even when I’m out for the count.

Call me silly but I deal with the same cranky back issues. My doc prescribed this exercise and it’s helped tremendously:

Anything to help a fellow creative be at her best! 😉
p.s. I love the block carvings.

Thanks so much for the advice, Kate! Much appreciated. Exercises definitely improve things. Hope your back is getting better too.
Best,
