Lonely Bird and blogging bits

This Lonely Bird was cut from black paper. I just made it for fun, but then somebody bought it. And in other news, some blogs I’ve started visiting lately:Take a look at Nice Things – a South African design blog that’s new to me, but oddly enough, has been right under my nose, because the author (a bicycle rider) and Paul (who is bike obsessed) work in the same building, which I can see from the Strika offices in Woodstock. This one’s no news to anyone, but Sweet Juniper has become a delightful regular visit for me – well worth a read if you’re not already a fan.And my unsung treasure of the dayhas to be Thirty Year Old Secretary – it gets me chuckling daily. Found thanks to Another Shade of Grey and since read from cover to cover.
