Dreams in black and white

This is my vinyl cut version the same illustration. After scanning, I added colour in Photoshop.

I really like the colour version, but this one has a great kind of Polish, or Day of the Dead-ish feel, and somehow also has a rather odd similarity to the ink drawings done by fellow illustrator Jesse Breytenbach for the Drawing Room 3 show.

Anyway, I gave the magazine both options and I’m glad to say they used both (only paid me once tho’)!
