I’m feeling a little out of sorts today, and I’m going to have to blame it on altitude changes, after having been to the top of the mountain on Friday, and down to the end of Scarborough on Sunday. But really, there’s absolutely no excuse for having the blues today. I mean, just look at where I live!

It’s ok to have the blues now and then. Then you really get to appreciate the good times! Sometimes a little sniffle and a cup of tea (and ok, a huge cupcake) are just what you need
