Recipe: Paste di Mardorla
This is my whip-up-in-a-minute recipe for Paste di Mardorla (aka Almond biscuits) that’s so easy to whip up, it’s guaranteed to make you feel like a total domestic goddess.
The recipe requires just 4 ingredients, and you can make a batch in barely 20 minutes!
Paste di Mandorla Ingredients: * 2 Egg Whites * 250g Ground Almonds / Almond Flour * 190g Caster Sugar / White Sugar * The zest of one lemon Whisk 2 egg whites until fluffy Add Almond Flour, Sugar & zest. Roll into balls, then roll in icing sugar. Place on baking sheet and press with thumb. Bake 180 degrees for 10-15 mins.
