Spring CD
Free with the September issue of Fair Lady magazine came this mix CD with my Protea cutouts all over the cover and disc. I’d forgotten all about this, vaguely recalling the magazine requesting the use of the designs earlier this year, so it was a nice surprise to see them looking at me from the magazine racks.

The songs, all by local artists, aren’t half bad. Chris Chameleon’s track, Anywhere, is a real winner (he’s amazing!) and I keep finding myself humming Cassette’s Sometimes too.

Lots more local music coming up in two weeks’ time, when we go up to the Rocking the Daisies festival. Paul’s organising a bike ride up there, with facilities for transporting luggage, a lift back after the festival, and a half-price ticket! So get in touch if you want to hook up with that.
