Exploring Pattern – a retreat at Bodhi Khaya
I hope you’ll be exploring pattern with me and Sue Frost on the weekend of 14-16 April at Bodhi Khaya Nature Retreat.
We’ll spend a restful and playful weekend at Bodhi Khaya’s newly-opened eco-lodge, taking time out to look at patterns together.
And if you book before 10 March, you’ll get a 10% earlybird discount.
Over the last few years, Sue Frost has had a massive impact on my own physical wellbeing.
Myofascial sessions, as well as twice-weekly 6am Pilates classes with her, have completely changed my patterns of hip and back pain.
Although the two of us work in completely different fields, we’ve become intrigued by how PATTERN is a common theme.
Sue works with patterns in the body and nervous system, and I work with how pattern is created, and how it gives us joy.
Together, we’ve developed a workshop to jointly explore the way PATTERN works in our bodies through a blend of movement and creativity.
Retreat Content
Over the weekend, we combine Sue’s body and nervous system expertise with my creative pattern work. We explore how patterns work, how they get stuck, and how to open your eyes to Pattern in the world in and all around you.
